About Lorexus
Senior experience,
boutique partnership.
We aren’t a volume shop. We are a small, deliberately-staffed team of senior Microsoft engineers who believe IT should be a force multiplier, not a headache.
The Lorexus Philosophy
Lorexus was founded on a simple observation: small and mid-sized companies are stuck choosing between high-volume managed-service shops that treat them like ticket numbers, and freelance specialists who disappear when the work gets hard.
We bridge that gap. You get the senior architectural thinking of an enterprise consulting firm, the agility and direct accountability of a boutique studio, and a fixed-fee model that lines up our incentives with yours: stability, efficiency, and outcomes.
“We built Lorexus to be the partner we wished existed when we ran IT for growing companies — one that owns the architecture, owns the outcome, and treats every engagement like its reputation depends on it. Because it does.”
The Lorexus Team
Senior Engineering Practice
Origin
Why Lorexus exists.
Our team spent more than a decade building, operating, and rescuing Microsoft estates — first as in-house leaders for fast-moving companies, then as the senior architects that managed-service providers brought in when their own teams were stuck. The pattern repeated everywhere: the original engagement was sold by an experienced engineer; the actual work was handed off to whoever was on the bench.
That hand-off is where most IT partnerships go wrong. Senior thinking gets you the architecture. Junior execution erases it. The result is a stack that nobody fully understands, drift you can’t see, and security debt nobody wants to own.
Lorexus is the response. Every engagement is staffed by senior engineers from kick-off through operate-and-evolve. We personally review every new partnership to ensure we’re the right architectural fit — if we aren’t, we say so up front. That posture is rare. It is also the only one that scales without burning the people who buy from us.
Operating principles
What you can expect from us.
Right-sized scope
If your problem doesn’t need us, we will tell you. We turn down work that we can’t move the needle on; that discipline is what keeps the rest of the practice sharp.
Plain-language reporting
No vanity dashboards. You get a short monthly note that explains what we did, what we changed, what it cost, and what we recommend next.
Documented hand-offs
Everything we configure is documented in your tenant, in writing, with the security model explained. If you ever decide to leave, the runbook walks out the door with you.
Talk to senior engineers. Not a salesperson.
A 15-minute call is enough to know whether we’re the right partner for what you are trying to build.
